Security Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Security Management -Supervise daily security operations across hospital premises, ensuring safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
2. Team Supervision & Training - Manage and train security guards on protocols, emergency response, and patient-sensitive behavior.
3. Access Control - Monitor and regulate entry/exit points, including visitor passes, staff IDs, and vendor access.
4. Emergency Response Handling - Act as first responder during emergencies like fire, medical crises, or security threats and coordinate with authorities.
5. Surveillance Monitoring - Oversee CCTV systems and ensure continuous monitoring to detect suspicious activities.
6. Incident Reporting -Document and report all incidents, accidents, or breaches with proper escalation procedures.
7. Patient & Visitor Assistance - Ensure security staff assist patients and visitors politely, maintaining a hospital-friendly environment.
8. Coordination with Departments - Work closely with hospital administration, HR, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
9. Safety Compliance - Ensure adherence to hospital safety standards, fire safety norms, and legal regulations.
10. Crowd & Traffic Management - Manage parking areas, ambulance movement, and crowd control during peak hours or emergencies.
