Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations across our real estate projects, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, assets, and project materials who is an Ex-Service
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall security operations, manpower deployment, shifts, and security agencies.
Implement and monitor security SOPs, access control, visitor management, and surveillance.
Ensure protection of project assets, materials, equipment, and premises.
Handle security incidents, emergencies, investigations, and prepare incident reports.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, patrols, and mock drills.
Coordinate with police, fire department, emergency services, and local authorities when required.
Manage security vendors and monitor their performance and compliance.
Prepare regular security MIS and reports for management.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Security Management, preferably in Real Estate / Construction / Residential Projects.
Experience in managing large security teams and security agencies.
Strong knowledge of access control, emergency management, and security risk assessment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills.
Ex-Service is mandate
