Position: Security Officer

Responsibilities:

Daily client sites par visit karna aur security operations monitor karna.

Client se regular meeting karke unki requirements aur issues ko resolve karna.

Security guards ko duty se pehle briefing dena aur discipline maintain karwana.

100+ security guards ki attendance, deployment aur performance manage karna.

Site supervisors aur guards ki checking aur inspection karna.

Guard roster, shift management aur manpower planning karna.

Daily incident reports aur site visit reports taiyar karke management ko submit karna.

Kisi bhi emergency ya security issue ko turant handle karna.

Company ki security policies aur SOP ka palan sunishchit karna.

Uniform, grooming aur duty standards maintain karwana.

New guards ki joining, training aur site induction karwana.

Client satisfaction maintain karna aur regular follow-up karna.

Zarurat padne par alag-alag client sites par travel karna.
