Security guards ki duty lagana aur shift manage karna.

Entry aur exit register maintain karna.

Visitor management aur reception ke saath coordination.

Access control (ID card, gate pass, visitor pass) ka knowledge.

Fire safety aur emergency evacuation ki basic training.

Daily security report (DSR) banana.

Incident report likhna aur management ko inform karna.

Guards ki attendance aur discipline maintain karna.

Company ke security SOPs follow karwana.

Good communication skills (Hindi aur basic English).

Team handle karne ki ability.

Police verification aur security field ka experience ho to aur achha.
