Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team at Industrial Security Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of a minumum of Rs 15,000/-and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.
Patrol property to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.
Operate security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems.
Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.
Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.
The job duty is for 8 hours.
The duty period changes every 10 days.

प्रवेशद्वारांचे निरीक्षण आणि नियंत्रण करून सुरक्षितता सुनिश्चित करणे.
अनियमितता शोधण्यासाठी आणि अलार्म व आपत्कालीन परिस्थितींना त्वरित प्रतिसाद देण्यासाठी मालमत्तेची गस्त घालणे.
सुरक्षाविषयक कार्यवाही आणि असामान्य घटनांची दैनंदिन नोंद ठेवणे.
सीसीटीव्ही आणि अलार्म सिस्टीम यांसारख्या सुरक्षा प्रणाली चालवणे.
स्थलांतर आणि आपत्कालीन सरावादरम्यान मदत करणे.
आग लागल्यास बाहेर पडण्याचे मार्ग, सुरक्षा उपकरणे आणि प्रवेशद्वारांची नियमित तपासणी करणे.
कामाचे कर्तव्य ८ तासांचे आहे.
कामाचा कालावधी दर १० दिवसांनी बदलतो.

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

एक्सेस पॉइंट्स की निगरानी और उन्हें कंट्रोल करके सुरक्षा पक्की करें।
गड़बड़ियों का पता लगाने और अलार्म और इमरजेंसी में तुरंत कार्रवाई करने के लिए प्रॉपर्टी पर पेट्रोलिंग करें।
सुरक्षा गतिविधियों और असामान्य घटनाओं का रोज़ का लॉग बनाए रखें।
CCTV और अलार्म सिस्टम जैसे सुरक्षा सिस्टम चलाएं।
लोगों को निकालने और इमरजेंसी ड्रिल के दौरान मदद करें।
आग से बचने के रास्तों, सुरक्षा उपकरणों और एंट्रेंस का रेगुलर इंस्पेक्शन करें।
यह काम 8 घंटे का है।
ड्यूटी का समय हर 10 दिन में बदलता है।

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1+ Years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working on a rotational shift basis.
