मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

कंपनी के मुख्य गेट और परिसर की सुरक्षा बनाए रखना।
कर्मचारियों, विज़िटर और वाहनों की एंट्री-एग्जिट का रिकॉर्ड रजिस्टर में सही तरीके से दर्ज करना।
विज़िटर पास / एंट्री पास जारी करना और विज़िटर की पहचान सत्यापित करना।
कंपनी परिसर में अनधिकृत व्यक्ति या संदिग्ध गतिविधि पर नजर रखना और तुरंत सूचना देना।
रात और दिन में नियमित पेट्रोलिंग करके सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।
कूरियर, सामग्री और डिलीवरी की एंट्री करना और संबंधित विभाग को सूचना देना।
आपातकालीन स्थिति (आग, दुर्घटना, सुरक्षा खतरा) में तुरंत कार्रवाई करना और संबंधित अधिकारी को सूचित करना।
सीसीटीवी मॉनिटरिंग (यदि लागू हो) और किसी भी असामान्य गतिविधि की रिपोर्ट करना।
कंपनी के सुरक्षा नियमों और नीतियों का पालन करना और दूसरों से भी करवाना।
ड्यूटी के दौरान यूनिफॉर्म और आईडी कार्ड पहनकर अनुशासन बनाए रखना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएं (Requirements)

न्यूनतम 10वीं / 12वीं पास
सुरक्षा कार्य का अनुभव होना वांछनीय
शारीरिक रूप से फिट और सतर्क
बुनियादी रजिस्टर एंट्री और संचार कौशल
