Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary

We are looking for a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the office premises, employees, visitors, and company property. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit, maintaining visitor records, preventing unauthorized access, and reporting any suspicious activities or security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and other individuals.

• Maintain visitor registers and verify visitor details before granting access.

• Ensure that only authorized personnel enter the office premises.

• Monitor office premises, entrances, parking areas, and common areas for security risks.

• Conduct routine security rounds as assigned.

• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and deliveries.

• Ensure doors, gates, and access points are properly secured after office hours.

• Report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and emergencies to the reporting manager immediately.

• Assist employees and visitors with directions and basic information.

• Support emergency procedures, including fire alarms, evacuation, and contacting emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain discipline and ensure proper parking arrangements within the premises.

• Maintain a daily security logbook, including shift handover notes and incident reports.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.

• Perform other reasonable security-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th pass preferred.

• Previous security experience is preferred.

• Valid security training or certification, where required under applicable regulations.

• Good observation skills and alertness.

• Physically fit to perform assigned security duties.

• Basic communication skills in Telugu and/or Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and dependable.

• Ability to handle visitors professionally and respond calmly to emergencies.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Working Hours

As per company policy and assigned shift schedule.

Salary

As per company standards, experience, and applicable statutory requirements.

Note: The selected candidate must maintain confidentiality, remain alert throughout the assigned shift, and follow all company security and emergency protocols.
