We are looking for a responsible and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of PG (Paying Guest) accommodations. The candidate will manage tenant relations, property maintenance, housekeeping, rent collection, staff coordination, and overall facility management to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
Manage day-to-day operations of PG properties.
Ensure rooms, common areas, kitchens, and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Monitor electricity, water supply, Wi-Fi, and other utilities.
Handle tenant check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain tenant records and agreements.
Address tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure discipline and compliance with PG rules.
Collect monthly rent and maintain payment records.
Coordinate with accounts team for expense tracking.
Monitor operational expenses such as housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and utilities.
