Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and operations across manufacturing plants and corporate offices through effective security operations, risk management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage physical security operations including guarding, CCTV, access control, and visitor management. Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. Lead incident response, investigations, and emergency management activities. Develop and enforce security policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Oversee security systems, vendor performance, and security budgets. Coordinate with Facilities, HR, EHS, Legal, and Operations teams. Drive security awareness and training programs.
