We are currently seeking a Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Title: Hyperion Administrator / Oracle EPM Support Consultant Role Summary We are seeking a Hyperion Administrator with hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion administration and basic functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS and Planning/Budgeting). The primary responsibility is to administer and maintain the Hyperion environment while providing L1/L2 production support for Oracle EPM applications. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Oracle Hyperion environments, including user provisioning, security, application monitoring, backups, migrations, and scheduled jobs. Monitor system health, troubleshoot environment issues, and coordinate with Oracle or infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Provide L1/L2 production support for Oracle EPM FCCS and Planning/Budgeting applications. Resolve user queries, data load issues, metadata-related issues, security requests, and routine application errors within agreed SLAs. Support month-end and budget/planning cycles by monitoring scheduled jobs and ensuring application availability. Perform application migrations between environments using Lifecycle Management (LCM) and maintain deployment documentation. Work closely with business users and the L3 support team to escalate complex functional or technical issues when required. Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational documentation. Required Skills Experience in Oracle Hyperion Administration. Basic functional knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS and Planning/Budgeting). Experience with user security, LCM migrations, EPM Automate, data management, and routine application administration. Familiarity with ITIL-based AMS processes, incident, service request, and problem management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
