About the Role
We are looking for experienced Field Officers to manage security manpower sourcing, documentation, deployment and field operations. The candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, coordinating with security guards, supervisors and clients, and ensuring smooth manpower deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and mobilize security guards as per client/site requirements.
Handle guard recruitment, documentation and verification processes.
Coordinate timely deployment and replacement of security guards.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor manpower deployment.
Coordinate with security supervisors and guards to resolve operational issues.
Track attendance, absenteeism and manpower shortages.
Support guard retention and reduce attrition through regular engagement.
Identify immediate manpower requirements and arrange replacements quickly.
Maintain accurate records of guards, deployment and site requirements.
Report field-level issues and manpower status to the Operations Manager.
Support training and briefing of guards wherever required.
Required Experience & Skills
3–7 years of relevant experience in Private Security Services.
Hands-on experience in security guard sourcing and deployment.
Experience in documentation and manpower coordination.
Strong understanding of guard retention and attrition management.
Comfortable with frequent field/site visits.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle manpower shortages and urgent deployment requirements.
Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Important
Private Security Services experience is mandatory. Candidates from general recruitment, HR, facility management or unrelated industries without hands-on security manpower experience will not be considered.
