Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Inside Sales / Telesales / Upselling)

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings
Consult customers on holiday membership plans and explain benefits clearly
Drive upselling and closures through persuasive and consultative conversations
Maintain strong follow-ups and accurate lead updates in CRM
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
