🎯 What You’ll Own (Not Just "Do"):
Calendar Tetris: Zero conflicts. Buffer time built in. CEO never wonders "what’s next."
Inbox Zero Triage: Filter, prioritize, draft replies. CEO only sees what requires their signature or strategic input.
Stakeholder Gatekeeping: Professional, polished communication with board members, investors, and key clients.
Process Optimization: Spot repetitive admin tasks and build SOPs/AI automations to kill them.
Travel & Logistics: Flawless end-to-end coordination. No missed connections, no last-minute surprises.
✅ Who You Are (Non-Negotiables):
You anticipate before being asked. ("I saw the meeting ran late, so I already pushed the next one and notified the client.")
You’re tech-fluent: Notion, Slack, Calendly, Zapier, AI tools are your daily drivers.
You operate with discretion. You handle sensitive information like it’s classified.
You’re calm under pressure and communicate with executive-level polish.
