It a professional motorcycle and SUV tour agency specializing in Himalayan adventure tours and professionally managed riding experiences.

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE-

Candidates with relevant experience from:

Experience in motorcycle tours, bike expeditions, adventure tourism, travel sales or tour-package companies will be highly preferred.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🏍️ B2C TRAVEL & BIKE TOUR SALES
• Handle B2C enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website and social media leads
• Understand customers' riding interests, travel plans and requirements
• Recommend suitable motorcycle and SUV tour packages
• Explain routes, itineraries, riding schedules, pricing, inclusions and exclusions
• Explain bike options, accommodation, meals, permits and support services
• Convert travel enquiries into confirmed tour bookings
• Follow up with potential riders and maintain lead/booking records
• Assist customers with trip preparation, documents and required permits
• Handle rider queries related to routes, bikes, weather, accommodation and safety
• Ensure smooth customer coordination before, during and after the tour

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS

• B2C Travel Sales / Adventure Tourism Sales
• Motorcycle / Bike Tour Package Sales
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Lead conversion, negotiation and persuasion
• Knowledge of travel itineraries and tour packages

• MS Excel / CRM / basic computer knowledge
• Team handling & leadership skills for senior positions
