Sales Travel Consultant

We are seeking an ambitious, result-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting incoming qualified travel leads into bookings, crafting personalized travel itineraries, managing vendor communications, and delivering memorable holiday experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Conversion

Consult with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Convert inbound leads (domestic and international holiday packages) into confirmed bookings within targeted timelines.

Present customized travel packages, highlight key attractions, and handle pricing objections effectively to close sales.

2. Itinerary Planning & Costing

Design detailed, day-wise travel itineraries for FITs (Free Independent Travelers), honeymooners, families, and group travel.

Calculate accurate package costing including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and insurance margins.

Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), local vendors, hoteliers, and flight consolidators to secure competitive rates.

3. Booking Execution & Customer Support

Handle end-to-end booking processes—hotel vouchers, cab assignments, activity passes, and flight ticketing.

Provide pre-departure briefings, visa guidance, and travel checklists to clients.

Offer real-time assistance and problem resolution to clients during their trip to ensure a seamless experience.

4. Target & CRM Management

Maintain daily sales records, pipeline updates, and client follow-ups in the company CRM.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
