We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Sales Agent with 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Amadeus, Galileo, and GDS software, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. The role involves handling travel bookings, providing itinerary solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic & international flight bookings using Amadeus, Galileo, and other GDS platforms.

• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and provide suitable itinerary options.

• Process reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.

• Provide accurate fare quotes and ensure timely booking confirmations.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries & leads.

• Upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services.

• Resolve client issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
