Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Travel Tele Sales Executive / Travel Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their travel requirements, suggesting suitable travel packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Recommend suitable domestic and international travel packages.

• Explain package details, inclusions, pricing, itineraries, and travel policies to customers.

• Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and pleasant personality with good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, travel counselling, tourism, or travel consultancy will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales may also apply.

• Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month for suitable candidates.

• Up to ₹30,000/month for candidates with relevant travel sales experience and a proven track record.

• Performance-based incentives may be offered based on company policy.

• Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

• Sunday is a weekly off.
