Job Description – Tour Coordinator
Himalayan Holidayers is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Tour Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries related to tour packages and travel services.
Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and travel itineraries.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding packages, pricing, and destinations.
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support before and during the trip.
Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers for confirmations and feedback.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Master’s in Tourism will be preferred)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and manage customer requirements efficiently.
Candidate should be comfortable with 6 working days and day shift.
