Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, refunds & amendments.
Coordinate with travel portals & vendors for best rates.
Prepare necessary travel documents (vouchers, tickets, itineraries).
Ensure accurate guest details and travel dates.
Provide pre-travel and post-travel support to customers.
Handle travel-related issues and provide quick resolutions.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and hotels.
Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
Keep updated with offers, new destinations & travel trends.
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations
Experience with booking portals (MMT, EaseMyTrip, Amadeus, Galileo etc.)
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good command over MS Office & email writing
