FareHawker Online Service LLP is a fast-growing travel company specializing in domestic and international flight bookings, group travel solutions, corporate travel management, and customer support. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings.

• Manage group flight bookings and coordinate with airlines for special fares.

• Provide accurate travel quotations and itinerary planning.

• Assist customers with ticket reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and travel partners for the best travel solutions.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, confirmations, and payments.

• Resolve customer queries and travel-related issues promptly.

• Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and within timelines.

• Maintain booking records and prepare daily sales and booking reports.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of domestic and international flight booking procedures.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in the travel industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of airline fare rules, group bookings, and travel operations will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
