Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell tour packages (domestic & international) to clients via phone, email, and walk-ins

• Understand customer travel needs and offer suitable packages

• Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, costs, services, and payment plans

• Convert inquiries into bookings by providing timely follow-ups

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business

• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers for smooth bookings

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale support

Job Requirements:
