Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Overseas Education Counsellor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of universities and admission processes in UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Germany, and other European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students on higher education options in UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Germany, and Europe.

Provide accurate information about courses, universities, admission criteria, application procedures, scholarships, and career prospects.

Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to universities.

Support students with visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation.

Maintain strong relationships with university representatives and keep updated on program changes and admission requirements.

Handle follow-ups with potential students and maintain updated records in CRM.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions to promote study abroad programs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling.

Strong knowledge of universities, courses, and admission processes for UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Germany, and Europe.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to counsel students and parents with patience and professionalism.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling multiple country admissions.

Knowledge of visa requirements and processes.

Sales orientation with the ability to meet counselling targets.
