Job Description

• Inbound and Outbound calls, advise customers and follow up with the customers

• Ability to convince customers about taking the trip

• Provide professional and quality consultation that exceeds client expectations

• Should have good communication skill

• Handling Incoming Calls , Follow up with Exciting Customers, Follow-up with Fixed Departure customers, Provide Group and Individual Packages as per requirement , Maintain Good Relationship with the customers and obtain feedback from customers.

• one year experience in Travel sales is mandatory.
