📍 Office Address:

Sai Sangam Building, Flat 406, Shelghar, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 410206

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years

Salary: Upto 3.5 LPA (25k Gross Max Monthly)

Industry: Building Materials / Doors / Furniture in B2B & Project Sales

🎓 Qualification: Graduate/MBA

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the urgency of incoming calls and escalate important matters to seniors.

• Conduct physical surveys of project sites, offices, and target areas.

• Maintain and update lead and enquiry data in the prescribed back-office format.

• Handle incoming calls from new and existing leads.

• Generate enquiries through proactive customer outreach and solicitation.

• Collect complete enquiry details in the prescribed format from interested prospects.

• Follow up regularly with leads until conversion into enquiries.

• Secure orders and coordinate submission to the Sales Support team.

• Coordinate with the Project Team for measurements and submit measurement sheets to the Sales Manager.

• Coordinate delivery schedules, challans, invoices, and related documentation to ensure smooth order execution.

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ Strong B2B / Project Sales experience

✔️ Good knowledge of MIS, CRM & reporting, AI tools and computer skills

✔️ Strong negotiation & team handling skills

✔️ Two-wheeler with valid driving license
