Territory Sales Manager_LOANS AGAINST GOLD_0405_2749_1087455_HRR Key Responsibilities Drive Gold Loan sourcing and disbursement targets across the assigned territory. Manage and monitor business performance of branches within the region. Develop local market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and portfolio growth. Increase market penetration through field activities, referral generation, and channel development. Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and productivity targets. Recruit, train, guide, and motivate branch sales teams. Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections to minimize delinquency. Conduct regular branch visits and review sales performance. Build relationships with local influencers, business communities, and market intermediaries. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure superior customer experience.
