Drive business growth in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals, acquiring new accounts and growing revenue from existing referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes and other healthcare referral partners.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
- Identify potential customers, map the territory and develop an effective field sales plan.
- Conduct regular doctor visits to promote diagnostic services, specialized tests and preventive health packages.
- Drive account activation, customer retention and repeat business.
- Coordinate with laboratory operations, logistics and home collection teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, identify business opportunities and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, revenue forecasts and CRM updates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical healthcare marketing practices.
