Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Identification
Daily tracking of tenders from GEM Portal
Identifying relevant tenders from the leads pertaining to CADFIN, VNS & SKB
eligibility.
2. Tender Documentation
Preparing complete tender documents.
Uploading accurate technical & commercial bids.
Ensuring all compliance, formats & eligibility criteria are met.
3. Tender Submission
Minimum 10 tenders per month mandatory.
Maintaining proper tender tracker including:
o Tender ID
o Company name (CADFIN / VNSS / SKB)
o Submission date
o Current status
o Submitted Tender File
4. Experience
e-Tendering essential
Liaisoning ability with authorities

Incentive Structure
Level 1: Tender Filing Incentive (Slab-Based)
Monthly Tenders Filed Incentive per Tender
Up to 10 No incentive
11 – 20 ₹100 per tender
21 – 30 ₹200 per tender
31 – 40 ₹300 per tender
41 – 50 ₹400 per tender
51 and Above ₹500 per tender
Example:
1- 26 tenders × ₹ 200 = ₹ 5,200
Total earning = ₹ 5,000 + ₹ 5200 = ₹ 10,200
2- 41 tenders × ₹ 400 = ₹ 16,400
Total earning = ₹ 5,000 + ₹ 16,400 = ₹ 21,400
3- 51 tenders × ₹ 500 = ₹ 25,500
Total earning = ₹5,000 + ₹25,500 = ₹ 30,500
Level 2: Successful Tender Incentive (Profit-Based)
A. CADFIN & VNS
Incentive = 10% of actual profit
Profit Calculation:
CADFIN → Service charges earned
VNS → Selling price – Purchase cost
B. SKB
Profit assumed = 50% of total billing
Incentive = 10% of assumed profit
Example:
Billing ₹5,00,000 → Profit ₹2,50,000 → Incentive ₹25,000
Level 3: Performance & Quality Benchmark
Minimum 2% success ratio mandatory
o Atleast 10% of submission tenders. should reach opening / final stage
Consistent failure show “Tender is not filling properly.
