Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

  • Maintain a database of customer information and update records

  • Follow up with customers for sales conversion or feedback

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
