Telesales Executive – Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers via calls to promote insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.

• Maintain customer relationships and resolve queries.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

• Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Min. 10th/12th/Graduate.

• Telesales experience (insurance preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of insurance products and CRM tools is a plus.
