Job Description

Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and online sources.
Contact prospective customers and explain health insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and documentation.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Resolve customer queries regarding coverage, premiums, claims, and policy benefits.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy processing.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Provide after-sales support and claim assistance to customers.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to improve sales performance.
