Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience & performance)
Work Mode: Remote (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success is preferred.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, CRM, and Learning Management Systems.
- Good command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads and understand their learning and career requirements.
- Conduct orientation sessions and explain ENGEAR's programs, learning methodology, and outcomes.
- Present program features, pricing, payment plans, and enrollment process.
- Schedule and coordinate orientation/demo sessions with trainers.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings until closure.
- Handle WhatsApp marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Interact with clients on WhatsApp by resolving queries, sharing program details, and building relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and enrollment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and post-enrollment coordination professionally.
