We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive / Telecum Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective students, and converting leads into admissions. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilitie
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
Provide counselling on courses, career options, and program benefits
Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
Convert leads into admissions and achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with students
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6 months to 4 years (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
