Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive for B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer communication, introducing company products, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors and retailers

• Generate and qualify B2B sales leads

• Explain company products and offers professionally

• Follow up with existing and new customers

• Maintain customer database and sales records

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

• Ability to handle follow-ups and negotiations

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

• Hindi & English communication required

• Other regional language knowledge is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

Experience in ceramic, tiles, or B2B sales preferred

Strong phone etiquette and professional behavior
