1. 📞 Customer Interaction
Attend inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Understand customer needs (vehicle type, budget, usage)
Provide accurate information about vehicles and services
2. 🚘 Sales & Lead Conversion
Explain vehicle features, pricing, and offers
Convert inquiries into test drives and bookings
Achieve monthly sales targets for brands.
3. 🤝 Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers
Follow up regularly for:
Purchase decisions
Service reminders
Repeat sales / referrals
4. 🧾 Documentation & Process Handling
Assist customers with:
Booking process
Loan & finance coordination
Insurance and registration
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
5. ⭐ After-Sales Support
Coordinate with service team for customer issues
Ensure smooth delivery and post-sale experience
Handle complaints and ensure resolution
6. 📊 CRM & Reporting
Update customer data in CRM system
Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Maintain daily sales and activity reports
