Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients using lists or cold calling to introduce properties.
Client Engagement: Answer inquiries, explain property features, prices, locations, and address concerns professionally.
Lead Qualification: Ask questions to understand client needs and determine if they are ready to buy.
Sales Conversion: Persuade clients, handle objections, and convert leads into actual sales opportunities.
Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and coordinate with field sales agents.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in a CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive future sales.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proven telesales/telecaller experience (real estate preferred).
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of real estate products and market trends.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving abilities
