Contract Duration: 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience + incentives) (TARGET BASED)
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone to promote company products/services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Meet assigned sales goals — this is a target-based role.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi (both preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Confident, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work towards set targets and deadlines.
