Senior Telesales Executive

Job Description in brief: Sr Telesales Executive guides students and parents in academic and career planning, including subject selection, course pathways, and college admissions. The role combines counseling with lead generation—through walk-ins, tele-calling, and follow-ups—to drive admissions. Counselors also provide practical study tips, collaborate with parents and administrators, and ensure a smooth admission process while building lasting trust.The role also involves coordination  with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students and generating and submitting reports to management as required.
