Sales Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Tele calling Executive to handle customer enquiries, connect with potential homebuyers, understand their requirements, and schedule site visits for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain regular follow-ups and accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain residential projects, locations, configurations, amenities, and approved pricing details.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline.

• Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for the sales team.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate property site visits with prospective buyers.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication through calls and messages.

• Handle basic customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team for further assistance.

• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and lead status in CRM software or Excel.

• Prepare daily reports on calls, qualified leads, follow-ups, and site visits.

• Maintain a professional approach while handling customer objections and enquiries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience in tele calling, tele sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; Odia is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.

• Good interpersonal skills, customer-handling ability, and follow-up discipline.
