Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and convert prospective customers into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, along with a customer-focused approach. The objective is to achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining professional customer relationships, accurate CRM records and disciplined reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and leads received through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, social media, and channel partners.

• Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and property preferences to recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct customer calls, follow-ups, property presentations, and site visits to generate sales opportunities.

• Explain property features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and project details accurately.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve sales conversion and generate referrals.

• Negotiate with prospective customers within company-approved pricing and terms, and facilitate property bookings.

• Coordinate booking forms, KYC documents, payment confirmations, and other required documentation.

• Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, follow-up records, and sales updates in the CRM or designated tracker.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, accounts, documentation, and site teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Prepare daily sales reports, track sales pipelines, and share customer feedback and market insights with management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate preferred; candidates with a minimum of 12th-pass qualification may be considered based on experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.

• Experience in real estate, banking, automobile, financial products, or consultative sales will be an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Odia is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and messaging tools.

• Local knowledge: Familiarity with Bhubaneswar property markets preferred.
