Job Description

  • Product Knowledge:

    Develop a comprehensive understanding of various loan products (e.g., home loans, personal loans, business loans) and competitor offerings to effectively answer client questions. 

  • Application & Processing:

    Guide clients through the entire loan application process, including document verification, file processing, and coordinating with internal departments for loan disbursement. 

  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities. 

  • Market & Competitive Analysis:

    Provide feedback to supervisors on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer objections to help improve sales strategies.
