Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Real Estate Telecaller

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic Tele-caller to join our growing Real Estate Sales team.

You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, helping them discover their dream properties and premium investment opportunities.

• Initiate outbound cold and warm calls to prospective property buyers.

• Explain project USPs, pricing structures, and location advantages clearly.

• Coordinate closely with field sales managers to hand over qualified leads.

• Meet daily talk-time and lead-generation targets.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of local real estate trends is a plus.

• Ability to handle customer objections gracefully.
