Key Skills Required:

  • Strong telephonic sales & persuasion skills

  • Ability to understand UPSC aspirant needs and counsel accordingly

  • Excellent communication in Hindi (English understanding mandatory)

  • Proven experience in lead conversion & follow-ups

  • Comfortable working with CRM / lead management tools

  • Target-driven mindset with consistent performance record

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming & outbound leads for UPSC courses and test series

  • Provide correct course guidance and close enrollments

  • Maintain daily call reports and lead status

  • Achieve assigned sales targets with quality counseling

Compensation: Fixed Salary + High Incentives
