Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Noida

CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA
Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through online research, industry events, and other sources.

• Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to present company offerings and secure qualified meetings.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system; track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.

• Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients via email, calls, and messages to nurture leads.

• Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new segments.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
