We're searching for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to spearhead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate is a high-achiever with a passion for mentorship and a proven track record of success in real estate sales. You'll be responsible for guiding and empowering a group of agents to exceed their sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Lead and Mentor: Act as a coach and mentor for a team of real estate sales agents, providing one-on-one support and guidance to help them close deals.
Drive Performance: Set sales targets, monitor agent performance, and implement strategies to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds company goals.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, market trends, and lead generation to improve the team's skills and knowledge.
Sales Support: Assist agents with complex negotiations, client objections, and deal-closing strategies.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all team activities comply with real estate regulations and company policies. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales with a history of high performance.
Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a team lead, managerial, or coaching role is highly preferred.
Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the local real estate market, sales trends, and property values.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
