We’re looking to expand our sales team to help us reach more businesses who need an online presence, and we need an enthusiastic Telecaller to join us in selling our cutting-edge website solutions.
Outbound Calling:
Contact potential clients from a provided list or database to introduce them to our web development and website selling services.
Pitch website packages, including custom websites, eCommerce websites, and website redesigns.
Promote the benefits of having a strong online presence, emphasizing the importance of responsive, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly websites.
Qualify leads by asking questions about the client’s business needs, current website (if any), and their budget.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential businesses or individuals who may need a website or web redesign.
Generate leads through cold calls, following up on previous inquiries, or using leads from company-generated campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
Provide clear information about our services, answer client queries, and understand their requirements to offer the best solution.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, nurturing them until they are ready to make a purchase.
Sales Conversion:
Close sales by explaining the advantages of our services and providing customized solutions to clients.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales department or management.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, client details, and status of each lead in the CRM system.
Report on daily sales activities, including lead generation, calls made, and deals closed.
Customer Follow-up:
Follow up with clients who have shown interest in purchasing a website but haven’t committed yet.
Keep them informed of any special offers, updates, or new services available.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to understand the latest offerings and updates in website features, pricing, and packages.
Share insights on customer feedback, market trends, and sales challenges to help improve processes.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing (especially in the IT, web development, or digital marketing industry) is a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of web development and website features, or a willingness to quickly learn.
Target-Oriented: Ability to work with sales targets and handle rejection in a positive manner.
Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
