Experience:

Job Summary:
The Leads Qualifier will be responsible for calling a provided set of leads and engaging with sellers to pitch SmartBiz by Amazon as a solution for creating their own D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) website. The role involves understanding seller requirements, effectively communicating the SmartBiz value proposition, and qualifying seller interest for further sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to the assigned lead set on a daily basis.
Pitch SmartBiz by Amazon and educate sellers on the benefits of launching their own D2C website.
Understand the seller’s business model, current sales channels, and digital presence.
Qualify leads based on interest, intent, and readiness to adopt SmartBiz services.
Handle seller objections and answer basic queries related to D2C websites and SmartBiz features.
Update call outcomes, lead status, and seller feedback accurately in CRM systems.
Share qualified and interested leads with the sales/onboarding team for further conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead qualification targets.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Experience in pitching products or services over calls.
Good understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce, D2C, or digital platforms is preferred.
Comfortable working with targets, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
