About the Role We are seeking a Process Executive to initiate, enable and conclude insurance sales (motor / health) for customers as a tele caller through the call/contact centre setup.
Key Responsibilities
•
Take care of inbound / outbound calls to take up insurance sales (motor / health) through tele calling set-up.
•
Call potential customers based on leads / database assigned to assist sales of insurance products as a broking set up.
•
Understand and learn products of different insurers to pitch the right product as per customer need and use.
•
Develop and sustain effective customer relations to be able to cross-sell & upsell.
•
Using sales scripts given by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections / queries.
•
Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Your key qualifications & competencies:
•
Graduate in any field. In case of undergraduate, should have substantial insurance experience.
•
1+ years of experience in call centre sales - outbound, is a preferred.
•
Good written and telephonic communication skills.
