Counsellor

We are looking for a Counsellor to join our team at Expert Education. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

. Review/update degree audits, graduation applications and troubleshoot issues with central campus offices

• Problem-solve student hardships, concerns, continuation policies, , with student and faculty

• Maintain student files and student databases, including tracking progress of majors

• Participate in weekly All-Staff meetings

• Create basic enrollment/counseling services reports

• Support outreach activities including maintenance of the undergraduate blog, editing and creating content for the departmental webpage, facilitating activities for Majors, and participating in curricular promotions

• Assist in planning and staffing departmental events aimed at undergraduate students

• Serve as back up for other Advising Staff

• Ability to work in a supportive and collaborative way with students, faculty, parents, and academic and student affairs staff

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills, counselling, strong communication, Lead Generation, problem solving, confidentiality is an added advantage.
