About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant property details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property information.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Stay updated on available projects, offers, pricing, and property details.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and positive attitude while speaking with customers.

• Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
