Sales Executive

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to join Gigzman and take ownership of the first stage of our client acquisition process.

Gigzman is a website development company that helps businesses build a stronger digital presence through professional, conversion-focused websites. We primarily work with customer-facing businesses that either do not have a website or need a better one to support credibility, visibility, and growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and follow-ups, understanding their business needs, introducing Gigzman’s services, handling initial objections, qualifying leads, and booking sales meetings.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in cold calling, telesales, outbound sales, business development, or front-end sales. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, handling rejection, following up consistently, and turning conversations into genuine business opportunities.

You should also have a basic understanding of website development and digital services. You do not need to be a developer, but familiarity with concepts such as business websites, domains, hosting, landing pages, responsive design, and digital presence will help you communicate more effectively with prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cold calling potential clients from provided lead lists

• Understanding client requirements and current digital presence

• Pitching Gigzman’s website development services

• Handling common objections and questions

• Qualifying interested prospects

• Booking sales meetings

• Following up through calls and WhatsApp

• Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records

• Working towards defined sales and meeting-booking targets

We prefer candidates with strong spoken Hindi and English communication skills. Experience selling websites, digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, advertising, or other B2B services will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time, fully remote role with a fixed salary plus performance-based variable compensation. Since the role is remote and target-driven, we are looking for someone who is disciplined, consistent, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of their pipeline.

You’ll get direct exposure to business owners across different industries while building practical experience in client communication, consultative selling, objection handling, lead qualification, and digital-service sales.
